You can use Zsweet in your everyday baking and when it comes to the amounts, you can simply put in a cup of Zsweet in the same way you would for regular sugar. Many of our customers recommend reducing the amount of sweetner (sugar or zsweet) as given in many conventional recipes most of which are too sweet as it is. Zsweet can also be used as a surface preparation medium in place of castor sugar: in fact its perfect for just about any baking application.
